Refund/Replacement Policy
If the product we sent you is not as described on our website, we are happy to offer a 100% money back guarantee. Simply send us a message at sales@greenasnature.com.au within 7 days of receiving the products telling us why the product received differs from the listing on our website, and we’ll process a store credit refund (please ensure the product has not been opened).
For change of mind products or for wrong purchases you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will try our best to assist you in finding a solution, please ensure the product has not been opened.
Please note we do not accept product returns once the product has been opened.
