How will I receive my tracking information?

For your peace of mind, all orders are sent via Australia Post and include full tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, our system will automatically email your tracking details to the email address you provided at checkout.

If you don’t see the email straight away, please take a moment to check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered by email providers.

If you’re still unable to locate your tracking details, please don’t worry, simply contact us and our team will be happy to assist and ensure you have all the information you need.

 

 

What is your refund/replacement policy?

If the product we sent you is not as described on our website, we are happy to offer a 100% money back guarantee. Simply send us a message at sales@greenasnature.com.au within 7 days of receiving the products telling us why the product received differs from the listing on our website, and we’ll process a store credit refund (please ensure the product has not been opened).

For change of mind products or for wrong purchases you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will try our best to assist you in finding a solution, please ensure the product has not been opened.

Please note we do not accept product returns once the product has been opened.
