How will I receive my tracking information?

For your peace of mind, all orders are sent via Australia Post and include full tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, our system will automatically email your tracking details to the email address you provided at checkout.

If you don’t see the email straight away, please take a moment to check your SPAM or JUNK folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered by email providers & sent to the SPAM folder.

Most Australian customers receive their orders within 1–4 business days following dispatch, with over 95% of parcels arriving within this timeframe.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Tracked Shipping, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.

Same-Day Dispatch:


Orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on whether your address is located in a metropolitan or regional area, as well as during peak postal periods, public holidays, or severe weather events.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the details. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes and customers may need to contact Australia Post directly to arrange redirection.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur a re-shipping fee before the parcel can be sent again.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet is this normal?

 

Yes. Tracking information is generated when your order is dispatched, however Australia Post tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear in the system after lodgement.

 

 

Will my parcel require a signature on delivery?

Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe location where available. If a safe place is not accessible, your parcel may be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

Please ensure the recipient's name matches available identification to avoid collection issues.

Yes, international shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times, customs processing, and import regulations vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import requirements.
