How can I contact you?

If the contact details entered are incorrect, we won't be able to respond to you.

We respond to all enquiries within 6 hours during business hours otherwise we will contact you the next business day.

 

How can I get help with my order?

 

If you have a question regarding your order, please send us your order number and your query by filling the contact form.

 

 

Tracking Information

 

All our products are sent via Australia Post with tracking information. Our system will automatically email you the tracking information to the email address you have provided with your order. If you can't see the tracking information email generated by our system in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes our email may get filed in one of these folders by your email provider.

 

If you checked your inbox as well as your spam/junk folders and still can't find the tracking information, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

What is your refund/replacement policy?

If the product we sent you is not as described on our website, we are happy to offer a 100% money back guarantee. Simply send us a message at sales@greenasnature.com.au within 7 days of receiving the products telling us why the product received differs from the listing on our website, and we’ll process a store credit refund (please ensure the product has not been opened).

For change of mind products or for wrong purchases you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will try our best to assist you in finding a solution, please ensure the product has not been opened.

Please note we do not accept product returns once the product has been opened.

All shipping within Australia is FREE regardless of order value!
